Florida Atlantic University was defeated by Jacksonville University, 3-1, Friday night in Jacksonville. Game scores were 15-2, 15-9, 3-15, 15-8. The loss drops FAU to 1-1 in Trans America Athletic Conference play and 4-13 overall.

Ashley Bodily led the Lady Owls effort with 15 kills and 13 digs. Lori Lombard chipped in 13 digs, as well.
