High School: Played for Christine Davis at Sinclair Secondary School where she was the captain of the volleyball team...over her four-year career, the team won regionals twice and were the Ontario silver medalists and placed fifth in Ontario in 2005...also a member of the two-time regional champion basketball team where she was the captain and MVP...a four-year honor roll member.

Club Volleyball: Received the leadership award in 2002 and the award of excellence in 2004 and 2005...a member of the Gold medalist Team Ontario at the Canada Summer Games.

Personal: Science major...daughter of Marian and Ted Janssen...born July 10, 1988, in Oshawa, Ontario...hobbies include traveling, cooking and watching movies.
