GAINESVILLE, FL -

Florida Atlantic University's doubles team of Maria Aguirre-Gomez and Alena Dvorakova won Sunday's Flight B final as the Lady Owls completed play at the Gator Fall Classic in Gainesville, FL. The duo defeated the University of Miami's Sihem Bennacer and Sara Robbins 9-7.

In singles action, Krystel Borg was the lone winner for FAU in an 8-3 victory over Central Florida's Amira Samara.

The team will conclude fall competition Oct. 26-28 at the ITA South Regional Championship in Mobile, AL.
