Gainesville, FL - The women's tennis team at Florida Atlantic University traveled to Gainesville, FL, Saturday afternoon to take on the no. 1 team in the country, the University of Florida. The Lady Owls, ranked no. 66 in the nation, dropped the rematch of last year's NCAA Tournament opening round 7-0.

FAU ended its season falling to the Gators last year in the team's first-ever trip to the NCAA Tournament. UF went on to capture the national championship.

The Lady Owls next take on Miami in Coral Gables, FL, 12:00 noon January 31.
