BOCA RATON - Junior forward Denise Brolly was honored earlier this month with inclusion on the 2004 SoccerFLA.com All-Florida Team. The team consists of the top women collegiate soccer players in Florida.

Brolly, the only member of the team selected from the South Florida area, had also been named SoccerFLA.com Player of the Week following her four-goal performance against Lipscomb October 2.

The Coatbridge, Scotland native led FAU and was second in the A-Sun in points (36) and goals (14) while setting career highs in both categories. After becoming the second player in program history to score four goals in a game and record two hat tricks in a season, she earned First-Team All-Conference honors for the first time in her career. She also tied a program record with six consecutive games with a goal and became the first Lady Owl since November 4, 2002 to earn A-Sun Offensive Player-of-the-Week honors.
