BOCA RATON, FL -- Praewnapa Phol-Uayporn's dominating freshman campaign earned her postseason recognition from the Atlantic Sun Conference on Thursday.

Phol-Uayporn (Bangkok, Thailand) was named A-Sun Freshman of the Year and a member of the A-Sun First Team as well as the All-Freshman squad.

Bolme earned First-Team honors in 2006.

Joining her on the First-Team is sophomore June Bolme (Olso, Norway), who finished the year with a 77 average over 24 rounds. Phol-Uayporn averaged 75.96 shots per 18 holes, tops among A-Sun individuals.

The duo led FAU to a third-place finish at the A-Sun Championships, with Phol-Uayporn earning All-Tournament honors.
