Florida Atlantic University, ranked 62nd nationally, cruised to a pair of victories Monday as they defeated Colgate 6-1 in the morning before sweeping Lafayette 7-0 in the afternoon. With the victories, FAU improves to 9-3 on the season. The wins give FAU three straight, and eight out its last nine.

Doug Devriendt won both of his matches at the no. 1 position, upping his spring record to 12-0. Ten of his 12 wins have been in straight sets.
