Final Stats

The Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team earned two wins over the weekend. With a trip to Jacksonville, FL, the team defeated No. 68 North Florida, 5-2 and Jacksonville, 6-1. The Owls now hold a 5-2 record on the year and have won the last four matches.

On Saturday, FAU dropped the doubles point but rebounded to take five of the singles matches against UNF. Three of the wins came in three sets in a closely contested afternoon.

Against JU on Sunday, FAU swept the doubles matches and earned five singles wins. Marc Abdelnour and Joe Cadogan had decisive victories at the No. 2 and No. 4 spots, respectively. Abdelnour defeated Victor Vaz 6-1, 7-5, while Cadogan defeated Marcos Oliveira 6-1, 6-1.
