,The #57 Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team was knocked off by #68 Wake Forest University, 4-2, Saturday afternoon in Miami. The non-conference loss drops FAU to 1-2 overall on the season.

FAU took the doubles point with victories by Andre Buzzoni/Doug Devriendt and Fabio Faerman/Sandro Spotti. WFU countered with four victories in singles play. The only winner for FAU was Doug Devriendt, who knocked off WFU's no.-1 singles player, Raul Munoz, 6-1, 6-2. The no.-4 match between FAU's Yalin Bilgin and Justin Kaufmann did not finish.
