BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University goalkeeper Phillip Lamarre has been named the Atlantic Soccer Conference Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time this season, the league announced on Monday.

The sophomore made four saves, including three crucial stops in the second half, as the Owls held on for a 1-1 tie on the road against Adelphi on Saturday.

With four shutouts on the season, Lamarre leads all ASC goalkeepers in the category. He also has posted a 1.39 goals-against average while starting all 15 games for FAU (6-7-2, 3-0-1 ASC) in their quest for a conference crown.

Lamarre previously won weekly conference honors after his MVP performance in the FAU Classic. The Margate, FL native turned aside two shots in both a 1-0 double overtime win over Iona College and a 2-0 victory against Georgia State, totaling four saves in the mid-September event.
