The Florida Atlantic University men's soccer team enters its second week of Mid American Conference (MAC) play.

FAU travels to Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois on Friday, September 26 at 2 p.m. The match will be the second between FAU and NIU, with the Huskies winning the first time in 1996. NIU is 5-1-2 on the season and will be playing its first conference match. Earlier this season the Huskies upset the No. 2 team in the nation but most recently lost a 2-1 overtime decision to Tulsa University.

FAU then will head from NIU to Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Kickoff is scheduled for Sunday, September 28 at 1 p.m. The WMU Broncos post a 1-6-1 season record and also will be playing their first conference match against FAU. The Broncos and Owls have met once before, with WMU winning that match in 2002.

After one more road match at North Carolina State University on Wednesday, October 1 at 2 p.m., FAU will return to FAU Field, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton campus, to face off against conference opponent Hartwick College on Saturday, October 11 at 7 p.m.
