KALAMAZOO, MI - The Florida Atlantic University men's soccer team lost at Western Michigan University (WMU) 2-0. The match ends a four game conference road trip, with the Owls accumulating a 2-8-0 overall record and a 0-4-0 Mid American Conference (MAC) record.

The WMU Broncos (2-7-1) were able to capitalize on two of their 12 shots, with goals in the 16 and 46 minute. FAU made several surges at the net, but none of their nine shots sailed into the goal.

Next up for FAU is a non-conference road game at North Carolina State University on Wednesday, October 1. A member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), NC State has a 2-5-1 overall record. After the match in Durham, NC, FAU will play MAC opponent Hartwick College on Saturday, October 11 at FAU Field, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton campus. The match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
