Kolloff Leads Owls to Third-Place Finish at NSU Spring Classic

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- Adam Kolloff shot a final round 72 to finish +4 overall at the NSU Spring Classic on Tuesday to help the Florida Atlantic University men's golf team to a third-place finish.

FAU shot a final round 305 for a total of 913 on the tournament (303-305-305, +49), while Kolloff (72-76-72, 220) finished third among individuals. Mike McMillan (75-76-76, 227) finished +11 on the par 72, 7,043 yard course to finish 11th overall.

CSU-Bakersfield won the tournament with a team total of 871, and CSUB's D.J. Fernando's 207 led the field.

Michael Berger (77-76-80, 233), Andrew Storm (79-78-79, 236), and Kevin Clark (81-77-78, 236) also competed for the Owls. Four other golfers competed on a second entry for FAU, including Mark Washburn (79-75-78, 232), Will Cottle (85-75-78, 238), Don French (93-88-83, 264), and Joong Jo (80-WD-WD).

This was FAU's final match before the Atlantic Sun Championship on April 18-19 in Orlando, FL.
