Men's Golf Continues Strong Spring Play

March 13, 2001

DAYTONA BEACH, FL -

Severe weather on day two cancelled round two. Tarik Beslamine led Florida Atlantic University placed fifth at a weather-shortened Embry Riddle Spring Golf Classic in Daytona Beach. The Owls shot a 315 on day one, which turned out to be the final round of the tournament. FAU with a five-over par 77 while teammates Matt Anderson and Christian Bjarnram each fired 79.
