Results

BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University men's golf team finished fourth at the Butler North/South Collegiate held at the Jacksonville Beach Golf Club (6,425 Yards/PAR 70). Florida Gulf Coast University held onto their lead from day one and won the tournament for the second consecutive year.

Kelly McHugh and Justin Thompson both finished at three under par and tied for 7th. McHugh (67, 70- 137) followed his excellent first round with an even-par performance. Thompson (68, 69- 137) hit under par for both rounds.

FAU will dual with Rutgers University on Tuesday, March 16 at The Fountains Country Club in Lake Worth. The Owls will have 10 days off after the dual and then will compete against 13 other teams in the first annual FAU Spring Break Championship on March 27-29.
