BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University men's golf team won its 2008 debut, outscoring visiting Connecticut Saturday afternoon at the 7,000-yard Bear Lakes Links Course in West Palm Beach. FAU's Anthony Haderer and teammate Karl Lindblad both finished at even par 72 to lead all scorers. The head-to-head meeting with Connecticut was the first tournament of the 2008 spring season for Florida Atlantic.
