McHugh Finishes 23rd at Florida State Amateurs
Florida Atlantic University men's golfer Kelly McHugh recently finished 23rd at the 92nd annual Florida State Amateur Championship, held in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. McHugh was tied for third place halfway through the four-round event, carding a second round 68, which was the best score of the day. He shot rounds of 78 on both of the final days of the tournament, finishing with a score of 297.

Florida Atlantic University's Kelly McHugh shot a nine over 222 at the NCAA South Regional Tournament. McHugh, the first FAU male golfer to qualify for a regional tournament since the program moved to Division I, scored a 73-76-73 for a 222 on the Redtail Golf Club Course.
