Wednesday's Practice Featured Special Guest

April 5, 2006

Boca Raton - Wednesday's practice held to the traditional Florida Atlantic University schedule with the exception of special guest which included former assistants Mark Sander and John Bock as well as a group of high school players from out of state.

Runningbacks worked in the first contact drill that featured Aaron Sanchez breaking through the line and ended with Frantz Joseph making a hard-hitting stop.

The team then moved into pass rush drills while the defensive backs and receivers worked on coverage.

Practice ended with "team" drills where Charles Pierre hurt the defense on the ground and by air. DiIvory Edgecomb also hauled in a catch that lead to a score.

The team will hold one more practice, Friday, prior to the first spring scrimmage. While Friday's practice begins at 3:30, Saturday's scrimmage is scheduled for 2 p.m. Both will be held on the Tom Oxley Athletic Fields.
