BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University football team's preparation to defend its 2007 Sun Belt Conference and New Orleans Bowl titles began with January conditioning and weights. The team will take to the field for the first time under coaching supervision on Wednesday, March 26 at 3:30 p.m. at the Tom Oxley fields, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton campus.

Following the first week of practice on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, the squad will move to Monday, Wednesday and Friday practices with a scrimmage scheduled for Saturday. All practices and scrimmages are free and open to the public. To check practice times, call 561-297-3163 prior to the day of practice as times may vary. * Player interviews need to be set up in advance and will be conducted Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2 p.m. Saturday interviews will be conducted following the practice or game.
* Interviews with Head Coach Howard Schnellenberger will follow each practice session unless prior arrangements are made.
