Nick Seta joined the Florida Atlantic University football program in
August of 2006 as a defensive graduate assistant.
Seta will be working with the defensive backs. His duties will include
leading the scout team during practice, as well as breaking down film
and assisting coaches from the booth during the games.
Prior to joining the Owl's staff Seta was the defensive coordinator and
linebacker coach for Atlantic Community High School in Delray Beach,
Florida. During his tenure the team ranked in the top five in the
state. He has also had a stint coaching the defensive line at Boca
Raton Community High School.
Seta began his collegiate playing career at the University of Miami
from 1997-1999. After transferring to FAU, Seta played for two years as
a linebacker and won the special teams MVP for the Owl's 2000 and 2001
squad. He has the distinct honor of playing on FAU's inaugural football
team as well as being the first football player to graduate from the
program.
In 2006 Seta played linebacker for the East Coast Reapers of the SSFL.
A Delray Beach resident, Seta has a degree in Business Administration
and is a certified teacher.
