Motor City Bowl: Traveled with the squad.
2008: Redshirted following a foot injury.
New Orleans Bowl: Tallied two punts in the Owls victory over Memphis for a total of 80 yards...44 yards was his long...one was a touch back and the other was fair caught.
2007: Began the year as the team's placement punter...game-high six punts for an average of 39.7 yards, his longest was 54 yards at Florida...placed three inside the 20 at ULL and two at Florida...punt average was 35.5 yards per punt...just one was blocked and 10 were inside the 20.
High School: Kicked for George Smith at St. Thomas High School, which played for the state championship the last three seasons...as a senior, he averaged 41 yards per punt, including nine within the 20...earned All-County honors and was named All-America MSL...played in the MSL All-American Game and the Dade versus Broward All-Star Game...member of the Spanish National Honor Society...three-sport athlete (football, baseball, basketball)...prior to his senior year, he participated in various camps, including Notre Dame, Rutgers, Florida, Florida Atlantic and Miami...he is the first punter to sign an NLI in FAU's history.
