BOCA RATON, FL -- Florida Atlantic University will try to keep its hopes alive of making a return trip to the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament when it plays at Stetson University, February 13, in DeLand, FL. The game begins at 7:00pm EST at the Edmunds Center.

FAU enters the game 7-16 overall and 3-8 in the A-Sun South. Stetson is 5-15 and 3-8 in the A-Sun. Both teams are tied for what would be the ninth seed, overall, in the A-Sun if the season ended today. Only eight teams advance to the A-Sun Tournament March 6-8 in Atlanta.

The Owls bring in a two-game winning streak, having knocked off Campbell, 83-56, last Friday and Gardner-Webb, 59-57, on February 4. Stetson has won three of its past five games, all against A-Sun teams, after starting 0-6 in conference play.

FAU trails the all-time series 11-10 but has won the past three meetings. That includes a 71-64 win earlier this season at FAU Gymnasium. FAU is 3-7 at the Edmunds Center.

This is the beginning of FAU's final road trip of the year as the Owls conclude it with a game at Jacksonville on Saturday.
