BRISTOL, CT - ESPN has announced the initial broadcast schedule for "The Season: Florida Atlantic University."

The reality show - featuring the FAU men's basketball team and head coach Matt Doherty - will air Tuesday evening at midnight on ESPN2. Replays will air Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 2:00 a.m. and Friday, Feb. 24 at 3:00 a.m.

The one-hour special will feature highlights from four games and interviews with players, coaches, administrators and fans. Game highlights begin with the Jan. 17 game at Campbell, where the Owls claimed a 97-88 win in Coach Doherty's return to his college basketball roots, and end with the Jan. 27 game at Belmont.

The show will take a day-by-day look at the lives of the players and coaches at practice, in class and other venues and events. Segments will include a trip with senior guard Lamar Moore to have his face shield fitted and an evening with Coach Doherty's family.

Other college basketball teams that have been featured on "The Season" include the University of Cincinnati, Bucknell and most recently, the University of Iowa.
