ALABAMA HERE WE COME!!!!

Congratulations to all our players, their families and fans. The goal of our program each year is to be one of the 64 teams selected to play in the NCAA Regionals. For the third time in the last four years, our season continues.

Our opening game opponent on Friday is Auburn. Number one seed Alabama plays SE Missouri St.in the second game. The two losers play first the next day, followed by the two winners and then the loser of the winners vs. the winners of the losers. I think.

How do we feel about going to Alabama? I think everyone is happy about it. Sure it would be nice to be closer to enable families and friends to have a better chance to attend, but overall there are some real plusses.

No one really knows who we are, although we did play Alabama about ten years ago in March. Auburn is a mystery to us, but maybe that's good. I'm not familiar with SEMO, but if they are in the tournament, they must be good.

We leave tomorrow morning. Maggie's not happy, but five minutes after I leave she'll be fighting with Luke. Next stop Alabama. KC
