Entering the final few weeks of the regular season, No. 11 Florida Atlantic University has a pitching staff that is ranked as one of the top in the nation. Randy Beam is tied for first in the nation in victories and Chris Pillsbury is 24th with eight wins.

Four pitchers across the nation have tallied 11 wins and lead the nation. Sarasota native, Randy Beam, has the fewest appearances out of the four and has an 11-1 record heading into the weekend.

Chris Pillsbury, who has worked out of the bullpen for the last three weeks, is 24th with eight wins. The two pitchers help anchor a staff that holds a 3.31 ERA that is 12th in the nation.

The team is also ranked 25th in scoring with 7.8 runs per game and 6th in win percentage (.780).

Beam will not make a start this weekend as the team plays New York Tech and Georgia Southern.
