Sophomore (2009): | Season Stats | Key part of the FAU lineup in 2009... played in 48 of FAU's 56 games... made 38 starts, 17 in right field, 17 in left field and one start as the DH ... hit .333, scored 21 runs and was second on the club in stolen bases (10)... spot starter for the first month of the season before emerging as an everyday player by late-March... went 2-for-4 in his first start in an early-season game against Stony Brook (2/28)... had three hits and scored three runs in FAU's Sun Belt Conference-opening series against UALR (Mar. 6-8)...enjoyed a career-high four-hit night against Rutgers (3/17), going 4-for-6 with homer, double, and three RBI... awarded an everyday spot in the lineup March 27 vs. ULM after hitting .390 through his first 14 games played... homered and stole a base going 2-for-3 at No. 7 Miami (4/7)... went 5-for-10 and stole two bags during a three-game series at Troy (Apr. 10-12)... had four hits in FAU's first two games at Western Kentucky (Apr. 24-25)... essential in helping FAU knock off rival FIU in the final weekend of the regular season and earn a spot in the league tournament, going 2-for-5 in the series' clinching win on May 15. Freshman (2008): | Season Stats | Started in center field against then-No. 5 North Carolina (2/22) in his first collegiate game during FAU's season-opening weekend series with the Tar Heels...went on to make 13 starts on the season--all in center field...first collegiate hit was a home run against New Jersey IT (3/20)...went 8-for-23 (.347 BA) in 11 games against Sun Belt Conference pitching...had five RBI in a two-game span, first hitting a three-run homer against Florida Gulf Coast (5/7) and later doubling home two runs in the first inning of FAU's 20-3 win over Arkansas State (5/10)...was 7-for-23 (.304 BA) with runners on base and 5-for-10 (.500 BA) when hitting with two outs.
