As a Junior ('03): Honored by Sports Weekly and CollegeBaseballInsider.com as a Second-Team All-American...received Third-Team honors from Louisville Slugger and Baseball America after finishing sixth in the nation in victories and 33rd in ERA...named First-Team All-Conference after he threw five complete games and two one-hitters in A-Sun play, holding opponents to a .173 batting average...struck out 45 and walked only eight in 62 innings...posted a perfect 9-0 record in the A-Sun...three-time selection for Player-of-the-Week after throwing a complete game one-hit shutout against UCF and a complete game three-hit shutout against Troy State...in the final week of the regular season he threw a complete game two-hit shutout against Stetson...season-high 10 strikeouts came in six innings at Georgia State...selected First-Team Atlantic Region and All-Tournament at the Coral Gables NCAA Regional after he threw eight innings and allowed only one run on five hits against Miami.

JUCO: Attended Mantee Community College and played for Tim Hill...a two-time All-Conference and All-State...as a freshman finished the season 5-1, with eight saves and 41 strikeouts in 40.3 innings of predominantly relief work...as a sophomore posted a 16-5 record and earned recognition as the Most Outstanding Pitcher at the Florida State Tournament and the NJCAA World Series.

Summer League: Played for the Manatee Titans in the Southwest Florida Baseball Club...played with FAU teammate Rusty Brown.
