BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University cross country team will compete at the 2008 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Saturday, November 1. The women's race will begin at 11 a.m., followed by the men's race at noon.

The women's team finished fifth at last year's meet, despite losing four of its top five runners from 2006. This year's squad will face similar obstacles, as five of their seven runners from 2007, including their top three finishers, will not be at this year's meet.

On the flipside, the men's squad will return five of their seven runners from last year's squad, including top finishers Taylor Reeves and Stephen Dassin. The men will be looking to improve upon last year's ninth place finish.
