BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University's cross country team will have its first taste of competition this season on Saturday, October 11 at the Disney Classic in Orlando.

The meet will take place at Disney's Wide World of Sports and will allow some of FAU's younger runners the opportunity to compete against collegiate runners from around the nation. Both the men's and women's teams finished 37th at last season's Disney Classic.

The men's 8K will start on Saturday at 7:45 a.m., followed by the women's 5K at 8:30 a.m.
