BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University track team will travel to Coral Gables to participate in the Hurricane Invitational Thursday, March 20 to Saturday, March 22 at the Cobb Track Facility at the University of Miami.

The Hurricane Invitational attracts teams from up and down the eastern seaboard and is traditionally one of the most competitive meets during the outdoor season. FAU has traditionally performed well at the meet. At last season's meet, Friederike Feil recorded two, Top-3 finishes, and Trishauna Clarke set personal records in both the 100 and 200 meter dashes.

FAU hosted its first-ever home meet March 15 and performed well in front of a large number of fans in attendance. It also served as the first outdoor meet of the season after the team finished fifth at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships.

The results will be posted at the completion of the day's events.
