Results

ATLANTA, GA - The Florida Atlantic University swimming and diving teams took part in the first day of competition at the Georgia Tech Invitational on Friday.

The men finished the day higher in the team standings, but the two best individual finishes came on the women's side. Lauren Shue finished third in the 500 yard freestyle in a time of 4:53.43. Lindsay Alexander match Shue's third place finish, hers coming in the 200 yard individual medley in a time of 2:04.24.

Day Two starts with preliminaries at 9:30 a.m. and finals set to begin at 5:30 p.m. Live results can be found by logging onto Georgia Tech's athletics website, ramblinwreck.com.
