Dr. Mitchell Smith is a certified sport psychology consultant under the auspices of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, earned a Masters degree in counseling from Antioch University, and holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Temple University. Dr. Smith completed his studies in sport and exercise science at the University of Arizona. He has worked with professional, college and high school athletes, coaches and teams around the U.S. and overseas, assisting them to develop the mental focus and psychological attributes to achieve greater competitive success. He has also consulted in the business world, helping executives and working groups to increase productivity and organizational satisfaction by bringing to bear the same principles used by winning teams.
