Jenna` Reed joined the Florida Atlantic Sports Medicine staff as a graduate assistant athletic trainer in August 2008 working with the Track & Field, and Cross Country teams.

Reed graduated from Florida State University in 2008 with a BS in Athletic Training. While at Florida State, King worked with the Cross Country, Swimming & Diving, Women's Basketball and the 2005 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship and 2006 Orange Bowl Football teams. She also worked with Leon High School in Tallahassee while an undergraduate.

Reed volunteered with the Tallahassee YMCA, Special Olympics, and served as the head coach for the Oakland Park Girl's Basketball team during the summers of 2005 and 2006. .

Reed is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the American Red Cross.
