Nicole Armstrong joined the Florida Atlantic Sports Medicine staff as a graduate assistant athletic trainer in August 2008 working with the Baseball and Men's Soccer teams.

Armstrong graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008 with a BS in Athletic Training. While at South Florida, Armstrong worked with the Baseball, Men's Soccer, Volleyball, and Football teams. She also worked with St. Leo University while an undergraduate.

Reed has volunteered with the Miami Metro Zoo and the Central Presbyterian Church as Camp Counselor.

Armstrong is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, the American Red Cross and served as an officer in the USF Athletic Training Student Association.
