Oct. 10, 2007 BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University's Athletic Department has retained the Leffler Agency, a full-service advertising agency with offices in Tampa and Baltimore, as their agency of record. The Leffler Agency will be responsible for the complete creation of advertising campaigns in support of FAU Athletics. "We are very excited to be involved with an organization on the move," said Chief Operating Officer of the Agency, Chris Raynor. "This is a great time for us to be associated with Florida Atlantic because the entire Athletic Department, Coaching Staff as well as the community has shown a great deal of support toward the program." The Leffler Agency has created a complete advertising campaign to include cable TV, radio, print and outdoor focusing on the new athletic theme, It's Owl Time. "It's Owl Time" speaks to the entertainment factor of college athletics," said Dina DeMaria, Leffler Agency Account Executive. "This campaign will build excitement and portray FAU athletics as community gathering place." The Leffler Agency philosophy is to conduct an integrated campaign that fits within a well-known market.
